Delivery of Goods

All orders are processed within 24 hours unless the items are on back order. In this case you will be notified of the estimated time of delivery.

Our delivery times for most products are generally 2-3 working days to major cities and 3-5 days for regional areas.

In the event that your order is required urgently, we can provide a quote for faster delivery.

In some circumstances additional freight charges may be necessary and you will be notified prior to the transaction being processed.

FOHBOH Pty Ltd Trading As BOHFOH (BOHFOH) uses Delivery Agents to deliver your Goods. You agree to your details including your Delivery Address to be supplied to the Delivery Agent for the purpose of delivering your Goods.

You acknowledge and agree that notwithstanding anything else stated on the Website: a) BOHFOH cannot guarantee that delivery will occur in the stated delivery time frames; b) Delivery time frames may change from time to time due to unforeseen circumstances; and c) Except where required by applicable law, BOHFOH is not liable with respect to any loss, damage, cost, expense or injury you or any third party suffers as a result of a change in delivery times or a delay in delivery.

Delivery of Goods will take place at the Delivery Address specified by you during the Order process.

If we are unable to deliver your Goods to the Delivery Address due to the size of the package or because there are restrictions on access to the Delivery Address or it is unsafe or impractical to make delivery, a calling card will be left for you to collect the Goods. It is your responsibility to follow the instructions stated on the calling card.

Where you do not collect your Goods within 10 working days of a failed delivery, you must contact BOHFOH on 1300 548 396 or email us for further information with respect to claiming your Order. If Goods are required to be redelivered, you may be required to pay any associated fees for redelivery.

Upon delivery, you must inspect your Goods and check that the Goods delivered match your Order. If your delivery has missing and or incorrect Goods not as ordered or there is obvious damage to the Goods due to transit, you must contact our office as soon as practicable on 1300 548 396 or email us at sales@bohfoh.com.au and quote your Order Confirmation Number and Invoice number.

Returns and Replacements

Return of goods shall ONLY be agreed on the basis of fault or to correct a error in goods supplied to goods ordered on the basis that error was that of BOHFOH.

There are NO exceptions in this regard.

All return goods must be authorised by BOHFOH. 20% restocking fee will be applied. The return freight cost will be the buyer’s own responsibility

Authorised goods returned must be accompanied by BOHFOH Return Goods Authority Form, detailing invoice number, description of goods returned and reason for return. The goods will be returned to the buyer at buyer's cost.

In ALL cases no claims for return goods will be accepted after seven (7) working days from receipt of goods.

All return goods must be in an unused condition with original packaging and must be current stock only.

Goods returned that have been incorrectly supplied by the BOHFOH; damaged, lost in transit, the goods are faulty or defective as a result of poor workmanship or materials used:

The return freight cost will be the suppliers own responsibility.

Should any goods be returned without adherence to the Returns Policy stated above, an additional 20% surcharge will apply – regardless of the nature of the type of return and this will be in addition to other charges incurred.

BOHFOH will not accept responsibility for any item returned after it has been decorated. It is the customers full responsibility to ensure that all items sent direct or third party are inspected prior to being decorated.

Cancellations, Incorrect Orders and Returns for Credit

Return requests of any item must be received within 7 business days of delivery.

If you change your mind about your order after you have made payment and would like to cancel your order please contact us immediately.

If an order has been cancelled after is has been packed but prior to dispatch a restocking fee of 20% of the stock item price will apply

Orders can only be cancelled or goods returned for credit with the prior written agreement of BOHFOH.

All goods returned MUST be in the same re-saleable condition as when they were originally sold and are current stock items.

Goods accepted for return must be despatched by a carrier nominated by BOHFOH.

All items being returned must be have a BOHFOH Return Goods Authority Form attached with Claim Number, Invoice Number and Date.

Any goods specifically made including decorated goods or goods not in original condition (excluding faulty goods) and or procured on behalf of the Purchaser will not be accepted for credit.

This policy applies to products purchased from BOHFOH or the website http://www.bohfoh.com.au

Please allow 10 to 14 days for BOHFOH to process your return.

All refunds are made at the discretion of BOHFOH, 20% restocking fee will be applied.

Goods Lost or Damaged in Transit

If there is any loss or damage in transit, a claim can be made promptly for reimbursement.

To notify us of the damage please call us on 1300 446 992 or email us at sales@bohfoh.com.au with your order number and a photo of the damaged product.

Redelivery Charges

Please note before ordering that refusal of delivery or subsequent return of an order to us will be charged incur an additional flat rate of $16.50 for the cost of return to our warehouse.
